1. Preamble

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Puro Transfer website and all services provided through it.

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions without reservation.


2. Services

Puro Transfer provides private chauffeur-driven transportation services, including but not limited to:

  • Airport transfers

  • Private and business travel

  • Long-distance transfers

  • Tailor-made transport services for events


3. Reservations

All bookings made through our website are subject to verification and final approval.

A booking is considered confirmed once payment is successfully completed. After payment, a confirmation email is sent to the customer.

Puro Transfer reserves the right to decline any booking request in case of unavailability or technical issues.


4. Rates and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the applicable currency and include taxes, unless otherwise specified.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking through our secure payment system.

  • Additional charges (waiting time, itinerary changes, extra mileage, etc.) may apply and will be invoiced separately after agreement with the customer.

Puro Transfer may apply surcharges depending on the nature, schedule, or duration of the service. Any applicable surcharge will be displayed during the booking process.


5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made through the designated contact method indicated on the website.

  • Cancellations received more than 36 hours before the scheduled pick-up time: Fully refundable (excluding possible bank or processing fees).

  • Cancellations received less than 36 hours before pick-up: Non-refundable.

No-shows or failure to provide correct pick-up information will also result in non-refundable charges.


6. Customer Obligations

The customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during booking.

  • Be punctual at the agreed pick-up location.

    • A delay of more than 15 minutes without prior notice may result in additional charges or cancellation without refund.

  • Treat the vehicle with care.

    • Any damage caused by the customer may result in additional charges.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that luggage, equipment, or personal items meet safety and capacity requirements.


7. Obligations of Puro Transfer

Puro Transfer is committed to providing a safe, reliable, and professional transportation service.

In case of unexpected circumstances (traffic disruptions, accidents, mechanical breakdowns, severe weather), Puro Transfer will inform the customer as soon as possible and propose an alternative solution whenever feasible.


8. Liability

Puro Transfer cannot be held responsible for:

  • Delays or service interruptions due to events beyond our control (traffic jams, weather conditions, strikes, roadblocks, etc.).

  • Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings left in the vehicle.

Our liability is limited to the value of the service ordered and does not extend to indirect or consequential damages.


9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, logos, trademarks, and layout—is the exclusive property of Puro Transfer or its content providers.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.


10. Personal Data

The processing of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy.


11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the relevant jurisdiction.

In case of a dispute:

  1. The parties will first attempt to resolve the issue amicably.

  2. If no agreement is reached, the matter will be submitted to the competent courts according to applicable law.
